1.1. Function description

Equipment function: clean and dry the battery, suitable for square series battery cleaning.

 

1.2.1 wash with water and brush with hair brush, which can thoroughly wash out the electrolyte crystallization and stains on the battery surface. The water can be filtered directly by the equipment's own circulation system and reused through the reservoir, or reused directly through the plant circulation system. The equipment is equipped with a water pressure gauge, the heating temperature of the equipment rt-60 C can be adjusted, it is required to have low pressure spray and high pressure spray, the water pressure is set to 0.2-0.3mpa, each spray section is required to have a separate water tank, the water tank backflow or row can be switched; The pole column needs to add protective components to prevent short circuit of the pole column and the housing overlap;

 

1.2.2air drying adopts electric blast or compressed air, and the air temperature is room temperature. The water droplets attached to the battery surface should be blown off, and no water stains are allowed. The air blowing direction should be in the battery positive, negative and the end face and the battery circumference surface are all arranged in the air blowing, to ensure that the battery after cleaning without any water stains;

 

1.2.3 hot air drying adopts hot air, and the temperature is adjustable at rt-80 C. Digital temperature controller is adopted, the precision is ±2.5 C, and the automatic constant temperature is maintained after the temperature is stabilized.

 

1.2.4 the overall use of high-quality stainless steel materials, external surface polishing;

 

1.2.5 the water outlet is located at the bottom of the water tank, which is convenient for cleaning and cleaning. The equipment must meet the requirements of continuous production for water inlet and drainage, and cannot be stopped in the middle. Circulating water in the box, the inlet of the water pump and the inlet of the water return are equipped with filtration device to prevent the nozzle from blocking, which is designed for easy cleaning. The tank is equipped with a liquid level meter, which can realize the functions of high and low liquid level alarm, automatic water replenishment and drainage. In order to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment, the hot water should be heated in advance with a liquid storage tank.

 

1.2.6 the equipment is required to be completely closed, and there are observation holes (transparent plexiglass) in each work station, so as to facilitate the operator to monitor the cleaning status and clean the internal dirt;

 

1.2.7 the battery passes through each station smoothly without falling or being blown off; the battery should not have mechanical damage, scratches or other defects; the surface should not have any trace of water, traces of water drying and rust spots;

 

1.2.8 the equipment shall be corrosion-resistant, rust-proof, pollution-free, noise 75dB (test at a distance of one meter);

 

1.2.9 connect the discharging conveyor belt of the assembly line equipment between the feeding and drying room of the cleaning equipment, and import the battery into the feeding device of the cleaning machine through automatic logistics, so as to ensure that the positive and negative poles of the battery are supercharged and connected with the discharging device of the front equipment to realize unmanned operation of the feeding device of the cleaning machine;

 

1.2.10stable operation of the equipment, no leakage, air and electricity leakage, easy to operate and maintain, easy to repair;

 

1.2.11 the cleaning section of the water tank shall be designed with seals respectively. No water leakage and water vapor shall be generated in the non-cleaning section, and the sealing design shall be done as far as possible between the cleaning section and the air-cut drying section to prevent water vapor regurgitation to the air-cut drying section. Reasonable structure design, convenient cleaning and maintenance;

 

1.2.12 when the back-end equipment fails to stop or does not work, the information is uploaded to the company's MES system, which determines whether the front-end equipment is stopped or not. When the equipment is in normal operation again, the pole group automatic flow is carried out according to the first-in-first-out principle.
